  • Typically, each therapy session lasts about 50-60 minutes. The frequency of sessions depends on your unique needs and goals. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions, while others may need bi-weekly or monthly sessions. We'll work together to determine the best schedule for you.

My approach combines talk therapy with experiential methods like somatic healing, which addresses the physical manifestations of trauma, and brainspotting, which helps access and process unprocessed trauma in the brain.
